Photography should be fun! and this shoot was pure joy. The creative team dancing on set to 1970’s bangers could only result in what call magic moments.

This is a glitter-drenched, hedonistic homage to the most iconic party scene in history – disco. This October the Art Gallery of Western Australia transforms into the ultimate Studio 54-inspired playground – complete with an Italo-Disco twist that only AGWA could deliver.
Get ready to step into a full-sensory, high-voltage throwback to the golden age of 70s glamour. Think disco balls, roller skates and a massive dancefloor pulsing with Studio 54 magic. It’s fashion, food, music and art — shaken, stirred, and covered in sequins.
What could make this night even more glamorous? If we combine it with an Italo-disco theme. Who could do 70’s bling with sophistication better than the Italian’s? No one, that’s who.
Strictly Disco Dress Code
Channel your inner Bianca Jagger, Andy Warhol or John Travolta. Satin, flares, sequins, body suits, mirrored jackets — anything that shines under a disco ball belongs on this floor.
A Night of Elevated Excess
We are turning the volume all the way up. Indulge in pop-up bars, immersive art, curated bites, and performances that push every boundary. This is nightclub glamour meets cultural spectacle, all under one roof.

The party doesn’t stop at midnight. After ARTBALL 25, the celebration spills into the night with an official after-party at Connections Nightclub. More music, more dancing… just more!
